1. About these terms
My Business Acquisitions is a division of My Best Solutions Limited, registered in England and Wales, Company No. 14243668. ICO registration ZB623638. Registered office: 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to My Best Solutions Limited operating the My Business Acquisitions division.
These terms govern your use of MyBusinessAcquisitions.com. By accessing the site or submitting any form, you accept them.
2. Nature of the service
We operate a private acquisition marketplace and provide AI-powered information tools. We are not a regulated financial adviser, broker, accountant or solicitor. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, tax, legal or investment advice, nor an offer to buy or sell securities.
3. AI tool outputs
Valuations, matching shortlists, readiness scores, timelines and comparables are generated by large language models and are indicative only. They are not a formal valuation, fairness opinion or recommendation. You must take your own professional advice before acting on any output.
4. Eligibility
The service is intended for owners, principals and advisers of UK SME businesses valued between £250,000 and £10,000,000. You confirm you have authority to share any information you submit.
5. Confidentiality and conduct
Buyers and advisers receiving teasers or introductions agree to handle information in confidence and to comply with any NDA in force. Attempting to identify, contact or solicit a seller outside of our process is a material breach.
6. Fees
The site, AI tools and initial enquiries are free. Success fees, if any, are agreed separately in writing before an engagement begins. There are no upfront fees.
7. Intellectual property
All content, branding, code and AI prompts on this site are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, scrape or resell them.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the free site or AI tools is limited to £100. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified on this page.
