A retained buy-side mandate with a traditional broker typically runs £2,000 to £3,000 a month, plus a fee on completion. Premium is £299 a month and buyers pay us no completion fee at all.

Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the month you are in, annual plans run to the end of the term. There is no notice period and no exit fee. Your mandate and your free account stay open after you cancel.
Is there a success fee for buyers?
No. The 2% success fee is paid by the seller, half on signing and half when the funds transfer. Your subscription is the only thing you ever pay us, whatever the deal size.
What is the difference between matching and AI outreach campaigns?
Matching is passive: your mandate sits against businesses already on the platform and you are told when something fits. Outreach is active: we build a target list from UK company data against your criteria and approach those owners directly, including owners who were not thinking about selling.
