Built for owners who deserve better than a 12% broker fee.
MyBusinessAcquisitions.com exists because the UK SME M&A market still works the way it did in 1995 — public listings, fat retainers, opaque fees, slow processes. We rebuilt it from scratch.
Our story
Why we started.
Our founders spent two decades inside UK corporate finance — advising on hundreds of SME transactions. The same complaints came up on every deal: brokers charging six-figure retainers for templated work, confidentiality leaks that cost real money, and AI tools left untouched in a market that needed them most.
We built MyBusinessAcquisitions.com to be the firm we wished our clients could call. AI does the heavy lifting on valuation, matching and triage. Senior people do the work that genuinely needs senior people. No upfront fees. No surprises.
We are a private acquisition partner — not a listings site, not a broker, not a tech demo. Every transaction is led by a named principal and project-managed to completion.
What we believe
Four commitments that shape every transaction.
Confidentiality is non-negotiable
If we can't protect your identity, we don't deserve your mandate.
AI used responsibly
Indicative outputs, reviewed by humans, never trained on your data, never used to make recommendations without you.
Fees aligned with outcomes
We earn when you complete. Not before. If a deal doesn't happen, you owe nothing.
Plain English, always
If you need a translator to understand a paragraph, we wrote it badly. We will rewrite it.
Leadership
Senior people. On every deal.
Full team biographies available on request. Every transaction is led by a named partner from first conversation to completion.
