What partners ask first.
Will you try to sell my client other services?
No. We do M&A — full stop. We refer tax, legal and ongoing financial planning back to you. This is in our written partner agreement.
How is the fee share paid?
On completion of the transaction. We pay within 14 days of receipt of cleared seller funds, against a simple invoice from you.
What if my client just wants a valuation?
Encouraged. The free AI valuation is a useful conversation-starter. There is no obligation for the client to engage further.
Can I co-brand the introduction?
Yes. We provide co-branded valuation reports and one-pagers for high-volume partners.
Do you cover regulated sectors like IFA?
Yes — see our /financial-services practice page. FCA-permission transfers and TCF are handled carefully alongside the client's compliance team.
What about confidentiality?
Standard NDAs are in place from first contact. Your client's identity is never disclosed to a prospective buyer until they have signed an NDA and been approved by the client.
